Tash began Lash Baby with the desire to change the face of Eyelash Extension in Geelong. Providing high quality, expertly applied Eyelash Extension in our luxurious private treatment rooms. Our main passion is creating flawless set of lashes that leave our clients feeling fabulous. At Lash Baby we are dedicated to educating our clients on how eyelash extension should be!
We can create a wide variety of looks from soft and subtle to dark and dramatic sets whilst always practising safe application. After undergoing extensive and thorough training, our amazing staff have expanded their knowledge and expertise bringing you the latest techniques and technology with Lash Lifting, Specialty Eyelash Extensions & Eyelash Extensions
Tash & the Team are all highly trained artists, who are passionate about providing you with the best quality service possible. Collectively, Lash Baby has over 20 years of experience in the art of crafting and designing Eyelash Extension and 6 years experience in Eyelash Extension Education. Working alongside some of the best Lash Artists in Australia.
ABOUT OUR TEAM
INTRODUCING TASH:
Tash is Our Master Artist & Owner of Lash Baby, dedicated to changing the face of Eyelash Extensions! Tash began lashing at a young age in 2014.
After undergoing 7 Eyelash Extension courses, she soon found herself with the opportunity to travel Australia teaching Eyelash Extensions for a Nationwide company.
In 2017 Lash Baby was born, a now international Lash Supplier, Online Lash Educator and a beautiful Salon in our hometown Geelong!
Tash has worked closely with our artists to share her extensive knowledge of lash extensions to continue servicing the Geelong area!
INTRODUCING AMBER:
Amber is our Graphic Designer and Photographer, working behind the scenes on our Instagram, Website, Product Shoots and so much more! Amber has had a passion for design and photography her whole life and brings her creative talent to work every day.
After studying Graphic Design through schooling, Amber found her way to RMIT University where she studied for 2 years. Achieving a Graphic Design Diploma and Associate Degree.
Amber works closely with the Lash Baby team, planning photoshoots, preparing new products to launch, taking staff photos and even packing orders.
Amber has been working side by side with the Lash Baby team since the beginning and has adapted her skills to grow with the business.
INTRODUCING INNIKA:
Innika is our Lash Wizard, her natural skills and ability to create INCREDIBLE sets of lashes makes her an absolute Lash Goddess!
Voted Geelong's Best Lash Artist two years running, she's an absolute superstar in the beauty industry.
Paired with her beautiful personality, Innika will make you feel fabulous and comfortable at every appointment!
Not only does she have a passion for lashin', Innika has undergone advanced training with industry leaders in Brows & Lash Lifts! Making her an incredible all rounder.
You can find our gorgeous girl in the salon lashing up a storm Monday & Wednesday!
INTRODUCING EMMA:
Emma is one of our Lash & Brow Superstars! An all rounder, she offers incredible Lashes & Brows, tailored to suit you!
Brow Waxing, Tinting, Staining / Hybrid Brows & Brow Henna: EMMA DOES IT ALL!
Emma has over 5 years experience in the beauty industry and joins us with a wealth of knowledge. She's currently studying Nursing & aspires to grow into the cosmetic nursing field in the future!
Specialising in Russian Volume & Strip Lash Look Emma creates the most beautiful hand crafted, soft and fluffy lashes. Ranging from Natural & Subtle styles all the way through to thick, luscious lashes!
Emma is available for bookings Monday, Tuesday & Friday!

Madi is one of our amazing Lash specialists!
She's taken our salon by storm being one of the fastest learners to ever join the team! With a life long passion for the beauty industry, Madi is devoted to perfecting her skills.
You wouldn't believe the results from her training models, Madi has become an all round Lash Sensation already. Flawless Lash Lifts & incredible sets of Wet & Wispy Lashes; Madi has the magic touch.
